Sunrise Care Facilities, Inc., accepts referrals from all counties in Minnesota and can work with admitting residents from out of state. A potential resident must be referred by an appropriate referral source. In most cases it is preferred that the individual has completed some type of treatment and detoxification prior to entering our facility.
There is an expectation that an aftercare plan will be in place from the potential resident’s primary treatment provider prior to admission or one will be developed shortly after arrival. The common goal is always for the residents to learn how to develop and work an effective long-term program of recovery and live a healthier life. These goals do not necessarily fit every potential resident’s needs or wants so it is important that at least one interview, by phone or in person, takes place whenever possible.
