Sunrise Care Facility, Inc., was opened April 5, 1988 as a nonprofit corporation. The men’s facility sits on five acres south of the small rural community of Spring Grove in southeastern Minnesota.
Sunrise provides residents with access to many support resources and a variety of recreational and leisure activities such as basketball, gardening, weight lifting, board games, television, cards and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
